The U.S. promulgated Quantity and Value Questionnaire for Vietnamese Producers, Exporters, or U.S. about the initiation of scope and circumvention inquiries on the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on aluminum wire and cable from Viet Nam

On December 20, 2023, The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) promulgated Quantity and Value Questionnaire for Vietnamese Producers, Exporters, or U.S. about the initiation of scope and circumvention inquiries on the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on aluminum wire and cable from Viet Nam to determine:

(i) Collection of information and evaluate the export quantity and value of U.S enterprises.  

(ii) the mandatory respondents in the investigation case. After identifying the required respondent, DOC will issue follow-up investigation questionnaires.

The deadline to respond to the Quantity and Value questionnaire is 5:00 p.m (EST time) January 3, 2024
