The Ministry of Industry and Trade extends the deadline for the second review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain H-shaped steel products originating from the People's Republic of China (case code AR02.AD03)

 

On December 5, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3133/QD-BCT on the second review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain H-shaped steel products originating from the People's Republic of China.

In order to have more time to comprehensively and objectively consider issues related to the case as well as opinions of relevant parties, based on the provisions of Article 82 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management No. 05/2017/QH14, dated June 5, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1356/QD-BCT extending the deadline for the second review of the application of anti-dumping measures on some H-shaped steel products originating from the People's Republic of China by 03 months, accordingly the deadline for completing the investigation of the case is September 5, 2024.
