The Ministry of Industry and Trade extends the deadline for the final review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain aluminum products originating from the People's Republic of China (case code ER01.AD05)

On October 3, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2537/QD-BCT to investigate and review the application of anti-dumping measures on certain aluminum products originating from the People's Republic of China.

In order to have more time to comprehensively and objectively consider issues related to the case as well as opinions of relevant parties, based on the provisions of Article 82 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management No. 05/2017/QH14, dated June 5, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1359/QD-BCT extending the deadline for final review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain aluminum products originating from the People's Republic of China by 03 months, accordingly the deadline for completing the investigation of the case is October 3, 2024.
