Ministry of Industry and Trade Extends Final Review Deadline for Anti-Dumping Measures on Certain Cold-Rolled (Cold-Pressed) Steel Products in Coil or Sheet Form Originating from the People's Republic of China (Case Code ER01.AD08)

On December 25, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3565/QD-BCT on the final review of anti-dumping measures applied to certain cold-rolled (cold-pressed) steel products in coil or sheet form originating from the People's Republic of China.

Based on point d, clause 2, Article 82 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management and Decision No. 3565/QD-BCT, the deadline for concluding the final review of the case is September 25, 2025.

To allow more time for a comprehensive and objective review of issues related to the case, based on the provisions of point d, clause 2, Article 82 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management, on September 4, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2479/QD-BCT extending the deadline for the final review of the above-mentioned case by 3 months, thus the deadline for concluding the investigation is December 25, 2025.
