The Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision on the results of the second review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain MSG products originating from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Indonesia

On June 19, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1466/QD-BCT on the second review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain MSG products originating from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Indonesia (case code AR02.AD09).

The Ministry of Industry and Trade began investigating the review case in June 2023 based on the request of the Fufeng Group of China submitted in August 2022. During the investigation of the case, the Ministry of Industry and Trade complied with the relevant provisions of the Law on Foreign Trade Management and Decree No. 10/2018/ND-CP dated January 15, 2018 detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management on trade defense measures.

On January 5, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision 22/QD-BCT on the results of the second review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain MSG products originating from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Indonesia. The investigation conclusion shows that there is a change in the level of dumping by the Fufeng Company group from China, requesting a review, details in the Notice attached to Decision No. 22/QD-BCT.
