Notice of extension of time for submitting questionnaires in the anti-dumping investigation case on certain hot-rolled steel products for domestic importing and manufacturing enterprises (Case code: AD20)

On July 26, 2024, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1985⁄QD-BCT and the accompanying Notice on the investigation and application of anti-dumping measures on certain hot-rolled steel products originating from the Republic of India and the People's Republic of China (Case code: AD20).

On August 8, 2024, the Department of Trade Remedies (Investigation Agency) issued Notice No. 105/TB-PVTM on the issuance of the Investigation Questionnaire in this case. Accordingly, the deadline for submitting the questionnaire for domestic manufacturing companies and importing companies is September 16, 2024.

Regarding the request for extension of the submission of the questionnaire, the Investigation Agency agrees to extend the time for responding to the investigation questionnaire by 30 days for domestic manufacturing and importing companies until 5:00 p.m. on October 16, 2024 (Hanoi time). After the above deadline, the Investigation Agency may use available data in accordance with the provisions of the law on trade defense.

For other contents, companies are requested to follow the instructions in the investigation questionnaire issued together with Official Dispatch No. 105/TB-PVTM dated August 8, 2024 of the Department of Trade Defense.
