The Ministry of Industry and Trade extends the investigation period for applying anti-dumping measures on wind power tower products originating from the People's Republic of China (case code: AD18)

On September 25, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2494/QD-BCT to investigate and apply anti-dumping measures on wind power tower products originating from the People's Republic of China.

In order to have more time to comprehensively and objectively consider issues related to the case, based on the provisions of Article 70 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management No. 05/2017/QH14, dated September 24, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2539/QD-BCT extending the investigation period for applying anti-dumping measures on wind power tower products from the People's Republic of China (case code: AD18) by 03 months, accordingly the investigation period for the case is December 25, 2024.
