The Ministry of Industry and Trade extends the deadline for the final review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain cold-rolled stainless steel products originating from Taiwan (China), the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia and the People's Republic of China (case code ER02.AD01)

On October 23, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2752⁄QD-BCT to investigate and conduct a final review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain cold-rolled stainless steel products originating from Taiwan (China), the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia and the People's Republic of China.

To ensure that the review is conducted in a comprehensive and objective manner, fully assessing the information provided by the relevant parties, pursuant to Article 82 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has issued Decision No. 1357/QD-BCT extending the deadline for the final review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain cold-rolled stainless steel products originating from Taiwan (China), the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia and the People's Republic of China (case code ER02.AD01) by 03 months, accordingly the deadline for the end of the review of the case is October 23, 2024.
