Request for a review of trade remedies measures on the imports of certain cane sugar products

On June 15th, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1578⁄QD-BCT on the imposition of definitive anti-dumping duties and countervailing duties on the imports of certain cane sugar products originating in the Kingdom of Thailand (case number AD13-AS01).

On August 1st, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1514/QD-BCT on the application of anti-circumvention measures on the imports of certain cane sugar products from the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Republic of Indonesia, the Lao People's Democrati c Republic, Malaysia and the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (case number AC02.AD13-AS01).

On August 3th, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1989/QD-BCT on the results of the first review of anti-dumping measures and countervailing measures on the imports of certain cane sugar products originating in the Kingdom of Thailand (case number AR01.AD13-AS01).

According to paragraph 1 of Article 58 of Decree No. 10/2018/ND-CP, interested parties may request for a review of anti-dumping measures or countervailing measures or related anti-circumvention measures by August 03, 2024.
