Notice of extension of the deadline for submitting the questionnaire on the anti-dumping investigation of galvanized steel products for domestic importers and producers (AD19)

On June 14, 2024, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1535⁄QD-BCT and the accompanying Notice on the investigation and application of anti-dumping measures on certain galvanized steel products originating from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Korea (case code: AD19).

On June 28, 2024, the Trade Remedies Authority (Investigation Agency) issued Notice No. 495/PVTM-P2 on the issuance of the Investigation Questionnaire in this case. Accordingly, the deadline for submitting the questionnaire for domestic manufacturing companies and importing companies is August 5, 2024.

Regarding the request for extension of the submission of the questionnaire, the Investigation Authority agrees to extend the time for responding to the investigation questionnaire by 30 days for domestic manufacturing and importing companies until 5:00 p.m. on September 4, 2024. After the above deadline, the Investigation Authority may use available data in accordance with the provisions of the law on trade defense.

For other contents, companies are requested to follow the instructions in the investigation questionnaire and Notice No. 495/PVTM-P2 dated June 28, 2024 of the Department of Trade Defense.
