Ministry of Industry and Trade extends the deadline for Final Determination of anti-dumping investigation for Wind tower originating from the People's Republic of China (case number: AD18)
On September 25th, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2494/QD-BCT initiating anti-dumping investigation for Wind tower originating from the People's Republic of China (case number: AD18).
To have more time to comprehensively and objectively consider issues related to the case, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has issued Decision No. 2539/QD-BCT dated September 24th, 2024, pursuant to Article 70 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management No. 05/2017/QH14, hereby, extend the deadline for issuing the final determination by 03 months until December 25th, 2024.
