On October 16, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued Decision No. 3013⁄QD-BCT to initiate a sunset review of the anti-dumping measures imposed on long polyester filament yarn originating from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and China (Case No. ER01.AD10).

On October 13, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued Decision No. 2868⁄QĐ-BCT announcing the results of the review on the application of anti-circumvention measures of trade remedies on certain imported sugar products (Case code: AR02.AC02-AD13.AS01).

On 13rd June 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued Decision No. 1686⁄QD-BCT on conducting a final review of the application of anti-dumping and countervailing measures on certain sugar products originating from the Kingdom of Thailand (case code: ER01.AD13-AS01). On June 4, 2025, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (TRAV) held a public consultation session regarding the investigation into the application of anti-dumping measures on hot rolled steel products originating from India and China.
