About Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam

The Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam is an organization under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which shall advise and assist the Minister of Industry and Trade in performing the State management and organization of law enforcement in the field of anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard measures; Organizing and managing the public service activities in the scope of the Authority according to the provisions of law and decentralization and authorization by the Minister.

The Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam shall be a legal entity and have a seal and account according to the provisions of law, the operation funding allocated by the State budget and from other sources prescribed by the State.
