On April 2, 2026, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 612/QĐ-BCT on the application of provisional anti-circumvention measures against certain hot-rolled steel products originating from the People’s Republic of China.

On 19 August 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Decision No.1640⁄QD-BCT on results of the sunset review of anti-dumping measures imposed on imports of H-beams originating in the People’s Republic of China. The anti dumping measures on H-beams is as such extended for a term of 05 years.
