On 06th September 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Viet Nam issued Decision No. 2386⁄QD-BCT on reviewing the application of anti-circumvention measures on certain cane sugar products (case number: AR01.AC02.AD13-AS01). Details of the scope, contents and timeline of the investigation are provided in Decision No. 2386⁄QD-BCT and its attached Notice.

On 3rd August 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Viet Nam issued Decision No. 1989⁄QD-BCT on results of the first review of anti-dumping measures and countervailing measures imposed on imports of certain cane sugar products originating in the Kingdom of Thailand.

On 21st August 2024, the Trade Remedies Authority (TRAV) organized a public hearing for interested parties to present their different views on the case before issuing the final determination of anti-dumping investigation on Prestressed Concrete Steel Strand products originating from Malaysia, the Kingdom of Thailand, and the People's Republic of China.

On August 22nd, 2024, the Trade Remedies Authority of Viet Nam (TRAV) held a public hearing on the investigation of the application of anti-dumping measures on wind tower products originating from the People's Republic of China (Case number: AD18).
