On 19 August 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Decision No.1640⁄QD-BCT on results of the sunset review of anti-dumping measures imposed on imports of H-beams originating in the People’s Republic of China. The anti dumping measures on H-beams is as such extended for a term of 05 years.

On October 27, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued Decision No. 3176⁄QD-BCT to initiate an anti-circumvention investigation of the anti-dumping measures applicable to certain hot-rolled steel products originating from the People’s Republic of China (Case Code: AC03.AD20).

On October 16, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued Decision No. 3013⁄QD-BCT to initiate a sunset review of the anti-dumping measures imposed on long polyester filament yarn originating from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and China (Case No. ER01.AD10).

On October 13, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued Decision No. 2868⁄QĐ-BCT announcing the results of the review on the application of anti-circumvention measures of trade remedies on certain imported sugar products (Case code: AR02.AC02-AD13.AS01).
