Announcement on Acceptance of Applications for Exemption from Trade Remedies Measures - September 2025

Based on the provisions of Articles 12, 13, and 17 of Circular No. 26/2025/TT-BCT dated May 15, 2025, issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade, detailing certain contents on trade Remedies measures (Circular No. 26/2025/TT-BCT), on September 3, 2025, the Trade Remedies Authority (TDS) issued Announcement No. 136/TB-PVTM regarding the acceptance of applications for exemption for the period of 2025 from enterprises meeting the conditions for exemption from the application of TDS in the specific cases listed in the attached appendix. The exemption application dossier includes the documents stipulated in Article 16 and Appendix II of Circular No. 26/2025/TT-BCT.

Note: (i) In case the enterprise has been granted an exemption for 2025 and is about to use up the granted exemption volume, the enterprise may submit a supplementary exemption application dossier as stipulated in Clause 4, Article 17 of Circular No. 26/2025/TT-BCT at any time in 2025.

(ii) The Trade Remedies Authority will issue a Notice on the acceptance of exemption applications for the application of trade remedy measures for the period of 2026 on the first working day of October as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 17 of Circular No. 26/2025/TT-BCT.

According to the provisions of Articles 17 and 18 of Circular No. 26/2025/TT-BCT, the Trade Remedies Authority requests businesses to submit exemption applications for the period of 2025 before October 3, 2025, following these instructions:

1. Submit via the online public service portal at: https://dichvucong.moit.gov.vn; or

2. Submit directly to the Trade Remedies Authority at the following address:
