Announcement on the Selection Result of the Legal Service Provider

Pursuant to the Announcement on the selection of a legal service provider to represent and assist the Government of Viet Nam in the investigations under Section 301 initiated by the Office of the United States Trade Representative, the Trade Remedies Authority of Viet Nam under the Ministry of Industry and Trade hereby announces:

Following the review and evaluation of all submitted proposals based on the published criteria, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has completed the selection process for the legal service provider.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has decided to select Steptoe LLP (United States), in cooperation with its partner law firm in Viet Nam, IDVN, as the legal service provider to represent and assist the Government of Viet Nam in the above-mentioned matters.

The evaluation process was conducted in an objective and transparent manner, based on the announced selection criteria, terms of reference, and monitoring mechanisms.

The Trade Remedies Authority of Viet Nam sincerely appreciates the interest and participation of all entities that submitted proposals.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade looks forward to continued interest and cooperation from these entities in future activities.
