Notice of Extension of the Deadline for Submission of Questionnaire Responses by Domestic Producers and Importers in the Sunset Review of Anti-Dumping Measures on Polyester Filament Yarn Originating from the Republic of India, the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia and the People’s Republic of China (Case No. ER01.AD10)

On 16 October 2025, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3013/QD-BCT and the accompanying Notice on the sunset review of the application of anti-dumping measures on polyester filament yarn originating from the Republic of India, the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia and the People’s Republic of China (Case No. ER01.AD10).

On 5 November 2025, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (TRAV) issued Notice No. 237/TB-PVTM regarding the issuance of investigation questionnaires to domestic producers and importers in Case No. ER01.AD10. Accordingly, the deadline for submitting questionnaire responses was 17:00 on 12 December 2025.

Based on requests from domestic producers for an extension of the deadline for submitting questionnaire responses, the Investigating Authority agrees to extend the deadline for domestic producers and importers to submit their questionnaire responses until 17:00 on 12 January 2026 (Hanoi time). After the above deadline, the Investigating Authority may use facts available in accordance with the applicable trade remedies regulations.

For all other matters, companies are requested to comply with the instructions set out in the investigation questionnaire issued together with Notice No. 237/TB-PVTM dated 5 November 2025 of the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam.

The Investigating Authority hereby respectfully notifies the interested parties.
