The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Viet Nam initiates the third review on the application of anti-dumping measures on H-beams from China (Case number: AR03.AD03)

On 19 August 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Decision No.1640⁄QD-BCT on results of the sunset review of anti-dumping measures imposed on imports of H-beams originating in the People’s Republic of China. The anti dumping measures on H-beams is as such extended for a term of 05 years.

Pursuant to Clause 1 Article 51 of the Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP dated 11th April 2025, on an annual basis during the first four years from the effective date of the official decision imposing anti-dumping or countervailing measures, or from the effective date of a decision extending such measures, the party requesting a review is entitled to submit a review application.

Accordingly, the Trade Remedies Authority has received a dossier from a manufacturer in China requesting a review of the application of anti-dumping measures with respect to this enterprise.

Based on reviewing the dossier submitted by the requesting party, on 21st November 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3411/QD-BCT on the third review on the application of anti-dumping measures on H-beams originating in the People’s Republic of China (Case number: AR03.AD03)

To ensure the interests of all organizations and individuals relevant to the case, the Trade Remedies Authority of Viet Nam recommends:

Entities can register as an interested party by filing the Registration form and submit it to the Investigating Authority through the Trade Remedies Case Online Filing System (TRAV ONLINE - https://online.trav.gov.vn) within sixty (60) working days from the issuance date of the decision. At the same time, the interested party may submit the form to the Investigating Authority by post or emails.

The deadline for registration as an interested party is 23rd February 2026.
